By accessing and using Talk a Task ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Talk a Task is a voice-enabled task management application that allows users to create and manage tasks through voice input and text interfaces.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
Our subscription service is billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method each month until you cancel. Subscriptions will automatically renew for successive monthly periods unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused portions of a subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.
If you expressly request to begin using the premium features before the withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Our service provides immediate access to digital content. By subscribing, you acknowledge and expressly consent that we begin providing the digital content immediately, before the expiration of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that this consent results in the loss of your right of withdrawal once the service delivery has begun.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) which can be accessed athttp://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
You retain all rights to any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Talk a Task a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy. For EU users, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Talk a Task shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This does not affect mandatory liability protections under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these terms. For EU users, any substantial changes will require your explicit consent.
